For physical products, you will definitely get a product that is identical to the pictures, but the image may differ slightly in terms of color, cam quality, lighting, and location.
You can find the receipt on the My Account page under the Orders tab. You will also receive a copy of the receipt after completing the order in your email.
According to our sales policy, you can of course submit a refund / return request for physical products, and we will consider your request and approve it if it matches the conditions (you can read our terms and conditions).
Indeed, it is not possible to submit a refund / return / exchange request for any of the digital products after the payment is successful, but you can contact us if you face any problem, and we will help you, and we usually reply within minutes (working hours).
If there is one of the products that you want us to add / re-stock / sell on our website, just contact us and tell us what you want us to provide on our website to be available for sale.
