When you pay by bank card, the amount is blocked in our favor, then we send you to make sure that you have already placed the order, and after confirmation, we complete your order (Orders automatically completed if no response within 48 hours).

You can keep the products you prefer to return and buy them in your Wishlist.

For digital orders, you can cancel or change your order if the status of the order is (on hold), but your order cannot be canceled if the status of the order is (in progress).

For physical orders, you can cancel the order if we not shipped the product to your address yet.
